If anything happens to your vehicle, the viper Responder notifies you right away if you are within range, playing the Revenger siren tones from inside your pocket. If anything has happened to your vehicle during your absence, spells out what happened when you unlock your doors: “Shock Sensor” for example.
Or you can silence your car’s siren and only be alerted on your remote, with Silent Mode2 sirenless arming. Arm your alarm with the door open and viper Responder will alert you – audibly and with large readable text: “DOOR OPEN”. Responder gives you an unprecedented level of control
Only the important icons are displayed - unused icons disappear from the screen to keep the display clean and simple. “Ghosted” icons – outlined icons only without their typical solid body - indicate that you’ve changed something. For instance, while a solid padlock icon shows your alarm is armed and your doors are locked, an outlined padlock indicates your doors are locked in Valet Mode. The words “Valet Mode” appear to make sure you’re clear on the status of your car.
Sensor Bypass: users can bypass sensors by selecting the level and sensors they wish to bypass. Responder HD will identify the bypassed sensors on-screen and by name so the user knows exactly the level of security they have chosen. After bypassing sensors, the Sensor Status icon will be updated so the user can easily see those sensors are bypassed each time the Status Screen is displayed.
Remote start Fault and Not Available reporting: if the user attempts to operate a security or remote start feature that is not available, Responder LE will identify the fault so it can be quickly resolved.

*SecureMyCars Ltd smartstart package 4 comprises of a Viper 5204 Remote start alarm system with upgraded 2-way 434Mhz UK legal LCD remote and EU Smartsrart module. The LCD remote will differ from the US spec systems as their system runs on 900mhz. 900Mhz is illegal to use in the UK therefore we are unable to supply the US spec alarm systems here in the UK. Our system package has been built useing Vipers 5204 alarm system package and is upgraded to a viper 5704 spec alarm system using a UK Legal 434Mhz LCD remote. The remote itself and screen are almost the same. but the UK spec remote has only one colour white back light on the display and a 2000 foot range. Remote Engine Starting
Suitable for manual and automatic gearboxes, Remote engine start allows you to start the car before you get in. In the summer you can use remote start to cool the car down via its air conditioning and in the winter, use it to warm both the engine and interior. Just the touch of a button starts the engine, but leaves the doors still locked and the alarm still on.
Dual Shock Sensor
The most effective protection against shock/impact. Uses patented electromagnetic technology to eliminate mechanical parts. Two outputs are provided. The first offers a Warn Away® response on light impact and the second instantly triggers the alarm on hard impact. Draws less than 1mA. Includes the plug-in harness for all alarms with the standard 4 pin sensor input plug. Plug may be cut off harness for non-plug-in applications. This sensor is compatible with Clifford Viper, Hornet and Avital Alarms.
Digital Dual Zone Proximity Sensor
This digital signal processing (DSP) radar sensor's outer perimeter warning zone provides an invisible shield up to a foot outside the closed windows and convertible top. The interior zone instantly blasts the full alarm if someone leans into the passenger compartment. Especially recommended for convertibles and other soft-sided or open vehicles.
Audio Glass Break Sensor
Enhance the security of any install with an optional audio sensor, which detects tampering and breaking of the vehicle’s glass using a microphone and a microprocessor, which analyzes the frequency, intensity and timing of intrusion sounds to eliminate false alarms.

The Ultrasonic Sensor is used to provide coverage of a vehicle’s interior cabin area. The sensor detects movement inside the vehicle by sensing air disturbance. They should trigger the alarm if a thief has gained access to the interior of your vehicle.
Digital Tilt Motion Sensor
Detects even minor lifting or rolling of the vehicle without any of the false alarms common to all other tilt and motion sensors. Advanced design allows maximum stability in extreme conditions. Motion can be turned off for tilt only sensing. A must for vehicles with upgraded wheels and tires. Automatically self-adjusting.
Viper Electro-Luminescent Indicator

SmartWindows
Remote Power Window Control
More Power to Power Windows. Open, close and vent the car's power windows using the G5 security system remote control. SmartWindows also adds extra features inside the vehicle: one tap fully open, one tap fully closed. Tap the switch during roll-up and roll-down to instantly stop the window. Vent opening is selectable via the CliffNet Wizard, and can be vented repeatedly after remote arming. The SmartWindows Safety Stop feature halts window movement if there is an obstruction.
Voice module
Add pre-programmed messages in either English or Japanese to your security system as an adjunct to the siren, including Viper specific messages (i.e. “Viper armed!”) Users can also record custom messages. Voice modules are also effective when used to generate Warn Away messages in conjunction with an optional 508D Radar sensor. The 516L can also be used as a P.A. system.
Immobiliser Bypass module for remote start
This unique device is designed to temporarily bypass most transponder type immobiliser systems when remote starting. The system works by using one of your spare keys to transmit the uniquely coded signal to the receiver coil in the key cylinder.
The key is placed inside the bypass module which is then located in a secure place under the dashboard. A lead then runs from this and loops around the ignition barrel.
The coded signal identifies to the vehicles computer that a valid key is present and thereby enabling remote starting. The unit will only operate as a bypass when the vehicle has been remote started.
Boot pop
Every one of our alarm system offers a “Power Trunk/Channel 2” output, but not every vehicle has a powered trunk release that can be operated by this ouput. This actuator can be add to Power Trunk capability to your trunk release mechanism, allowing your alarm system to pop the trunk with the push of a button.
